When you make an appointment, we'll get to know you and your health. We'll email you Initial Intake Forms ahead of time to help us understand your health concerns, or you can complete the paperwork when you arrive (this adds about 15–30 minutes). Next, Dr. Morgan will meet with you to discuss your history, current complaints, and health condition, and will conduct a thorough examination of your spine and any other areas of concern. Additional testing, like X-rays or lab work, may be ordered and evaluated for further insight. If Dr. Morgan determines it's safe to proceed, you'll receive your first adjustment. 

 Your first appointment typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the depth of the exam required to build a treatment plan for your specific health concerns. 

 Follow-up visits are typically much shorter than your first appointment, often around 15–20 minutes, since your chiropractor already has your history and treatment plan established.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely is ideal, since your chiropractor may need to assess your posture, range of motion, and spinal alignment.
